Product Return and Refund Policy
When purchased directly from Essential Energy, the Essential Energy website, authorized reseller, affiliate or distributor, Essential Energy's bio-conditioning EMF protection devices may be returned and eligible for a full refund, less shipping, handling and payment processing fees. Conditions apply.
Other products, which may include EMF meters, water minerals, and/or SineTamers, are not eligible for refunds, The SineTamer devices carry a 25-year warranty so please contact us to have the device serviced by the manufacturer per the warranty.
MANUFACTURER DEFECT
If you believe there was a manufacturer defect, please send us a picture and contact us immediately upon receipt.
UNITED STATE OF AMERICA ORDERS
Eligible products delivered to U.S. addresses and that have a return address in the U.S. are eligible for returns.
These eligible products include the wearable Pendants, LightTowers and Geofield Conditioners.
Return policy for wearable Pendants and LightTowers: a money-back guarantee from the day the product was received as the U.S. address, if the return is started within 30-days of receipt of the full order.
Return policy for the Geofield Conditioners: a money-back guarantee if the return is started within 90-days of when the product was received at the U.S. address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We value your business and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our international customers, however, due to new import and export requirements on small packages, we are no longer able to provide full refunds for international orders fulfilled by our U.S.-based fulfillment team. GENERAL
All returns or exchanges must be initiated with Essential Energy knowledge, and are at the absolute discretion of Essential Energy and may be denied for just cause.
All product returns must include the corresponding order number(s) or customer name inside the returning package.
Please allow up to 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. An email notification will be sent once the return or exchange is processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business day(s) based on your payment provider.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in a similar or same condition that you received it, meaning it can't be overly worn or damaged by use. We recommend returning the product in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as concentrated super mineral water or Livestock minerals) and non-Essential Energy products (such as SineTamers and EMF meters). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within the money-back guarantee window, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
