I have been using the pocket plate for about a year. My EMF sniffer shows that it definitely reduces- to zero unless BLuetooth is on- the EMF from a cell phone, which is amazing. But, if the shiny side gets scratched, it does not work as well. Mine is pretty scratched up now, and I notice that since it got scratched I have been getting weird random joint pain that matches the symptoms of RA (moves, not related to injury or exercise, finger getting crooked, etc). I just connected those dots, and will be getting another one asap, with that leather case to protect it.
WE are on our third 32 oz. bottle and have no plans to stop using this product.

This pendant acutally works, as tested by my UHF/microwave 'sniffer' detection device, to reduce the detected output of my cellphone. Nothing else i ahave tried does this. It will still go off when the Bluetooth is turned on, or when I am actively using the phone, but it's baseline will go to zero when not in active use, and it will reduce the signal when in use compared to baseline. Plus, the phone stopped making my hand ache when I am wearing the pendant. Unfortunatley. if the back of the pendant gets scratched or damaged then the sniffer reports that the device is much less effective. So keep that pendant from getting scratched! If is is damaged, replace it! :) Otherwise it lasts for years. It works best if the back of it touches your skin. Canot recommend enough. No affiliation, just a customer.
