I feel very fortunate to be working with two plates for the past month on a daily basis! I enjoy utilizing them in three manors.
One, placing them over my eyes to support my eyesight. Two, I wear one as a pendant at either my heart-center or solar plexus all day. Three, at night while I sleep I place them on nightstands on both sides of my bed.
In all three of my applications I feel a sense of peace, heightened clarity, and perhaps even increased physical vitality.
I am not inherently super sensitive to nnEMFs but have noticed feeling enhanced energetic sovereignty too.

I have tried numerous emf products, many of them I notice no real difference. With this product I find myself with greater resilience in the face of emf exposure. Face it we can't go nowhere without exposure. I didn't realize what was happening until I got an emf meter and could make the correlation.

I have been using the pocket plate for about a year. My EMF sniffer shows that it definitely reduces- to zero unless BLuetooth is on- the EMF from a cell phone, which is amazing. But, if the shiny side gets scratched, it does not work as well. I had had a long history of EMF sensitivity, what with cell phones, cell towers, smart meters, etc. Then, when the 5G rolled out, i had a miserable time. Like others, I had to barricade my windows and walls, as well as wear protective clothing. And these things did help for a season. However, once StarLink went live, it was curtains for me. I could not even go outside for more than a few seconds, even with my
protective clothing. In just those few moments my body was so permeated with EMF, that by the time I got back inside my home, my bowels were completely messed up, my head felt as if someone had hit it with a baseball bat, and I would immediately collapse into a surreal deep sleep for anywhere from three to six hours before I could be functional again. This was daily, as I had to venture outside in order to take care of the animals on our small farm.

When I found out about Dan's light-energy solutions, I really hesitated getting my hopes up, as I had tried other products out on the market with grandiose promise, but to no avail. Not able to muster the funds for a larger LT, I asked Dan about the feasibility of wearing two of the 4 inch LTs on differing areas of my person—if such a thing were safe, and if it would possibly produce a light field anywhere comparable to the 5 inch LT. He thought it could be done safely, as long as the two towers were not facing each other, and that the light intensity could, in some ways, approach the effectiveness of the 5"LT. So I ordered the two 4" light towers and proceeded to experiment with them, one over my abdomen with the fanny pack belt, and the other over my head. Right away I could tell things were looking up,
although it took a number of testing times to get to my final breakthrough, which was actually using all four products at once—the two LTs plus the two pocket pendants! Eureka ! I actually was able to be outside on the farm with no apparent harm this time. Now, after several tweaks to my new system, I have found that I still have to wear a piece of the protective material on my head also. But I was happy to see that the
material seemed to have no adverse effect on my EE products. It seems a very good system indeed!

And I should also say, that although a larger Light Tower might well have been the easier solution, the use of multiple products on my person may be the best situation for me in any case. Sometimes I feel a little too much energy and I can quickly remove a pendant or LT as needed, rectifying the situation pronto, without having to move from my environment.

I was so convinced of the effectiveness of these products that I encouraged an elderly friend of mine to purchase a LT along with the stand as well as a couple of pendants. She also was having horrendous problems after StarLink's arrival such that she actually had to stay with a friend for months after she collapsed from the intensity of the EMFs hitting her home. We set up the stand with the 4" LT in her small living room and had her wear one of the pendants as well. The results were thrilling! I have the essential pendent and wear it every day. I posted a review on it. It is amazing. I would use it every night to heal pains, old wounds and other problem at night before I went to sleep but while I was in the bed. The problem I had was taking the pendent off and putting it back on. The chain was just the right length for my neck and pendent placement. But the chain links and the clasp are small, so opening and closing it every time I wanted to work with the pendent was tricky.

Then I got the pocket pendent. It's just the right size. I keep it within arms reach of where I sleep. Its not too heavy and its not too big. When I fall asleep using it, I easily find it the next day. It's a little stronger then the essential pendent and has a wider range.

Two things that I notice and you might try and see if you the same or similar results.

The first one has to do with polarity. Think of hot and cold, full and empty, or lose and tight.
I have been using the positive side of the pendent on a sore area for awhile. As time went on it seems as if wasn't getting the same results. I thought, maybe that area now has too much energy. Its too full to do what it needs to do, to heal. Then I used the other side of the pendent on that area, and the fullness began to dissipate. Once that area felt empty I used the positive (shiny side with no marking) side of the pendent to fill that area with harmonized energy. And that seemed to work.

The second one: I use the pocket pendent on my head. Do you ever hear a song and can't get it out of your head. I noticed that when I worked with my head using the pocket pendent: I was able to think about what I wanted to think about. And when I wanted to stop thinking about that topic I could stop thinking about it. I notice that I did not have some song running in the back of head. Even when I consciously thought about the song it did not start playing in my head.

The third thing: I have a lot of gray hair and it's been getting grayer and grayer as the years pass. I am not sure but I thing I am getting less gray or my hair is turning back black. This is slow process and I am not completely sure of the results. This is just what I see now and then from looking in the mirror. It is not as clear as having a horrible pain and then not having that pain.

I wear the essential pendent all the time. Some times I take the subway (under ground train, not the sandwich). When IU wear the essential pendent it is really helpful, I feel good riding the train. But when the train car is full and everyone is pointing their cell phones at me, I pass out. My 2.5in plate became indeed an every day companion, since more than a month now. I’ve been using the pocket pendant either on my pocket or wearing with the leather sleeve. I do notice a general wellbeing while wearing it, and for any subconscious reason I do always want to have close by, if I forget it somewhere in the house.
